We at www.fastforwardrunning.co.uk are totally committed to protecting your privacy. Any information that is collected on this site is for the sole purpose of processing your order and tailoring your visit to our website to be as relevant to you as possible. That information will only be shared with other parties that are involved in the fulfilment of your order. Fast Forward Running will not disclose your information to any other third party and we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Data will only be released to third parties (e.g the police) on request where there is a legal requirement for us to do so.

Security Statement

Fast Forward Running uses Protx to securely process payments online. The Protx payment system uses established techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. It is certified by Verisign, which ensures that no third parties can impersonate Protx to obtain secure information. The transfer of data from the retailer?s site to Protx is encrypted and digitally-signed making information passed secure and tamper-proof.

Making a Purchase

Ordering from our website is easy. Simply browse the catalogue, click on any items that you wish to purchase and place them in the shopping cart. When you have finished your shopping, click on order and you will be prompted of the information required to place your order with us. No order submitted by you shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until confirmed by email or in writing by us.

Purchases are only available to the UK and BFPO. All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling, inclusive of VAT. Your online purchase can be paid for by credit/Debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta or Visa Electron.

When you have completed your online order, and the product is available, an automatic confirmation will be sent via email. This will contain your order number, contents of your order and details of dispatch. We do not charge for any items until they are dispatched.

Price of Goods

The prices of the goods are detailed on the pages within this site. We reserve the right to change the prices set out on this site provided that if we accept an order from you the price for the goods will be the price set out in the relevant range at the time the order is placed.

If the price increases between the date we accept your Order and the delivery date, we will let you know and ask to confirm by email in writing that the new price is acceptable. If it is not acceptable then you will have the option of cancelling the order.

The price of the goods does not include postage and packaging.

Delivery Schedule

All items ordered are sent via Royal Mail parcel post. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. Please allow 5 working days for delivery, unless selecting next day delivery. Next day delivery is guaranteed by 1.00pm the following day, this includes Saturdays, but excludes Sundays. Please order before 12.00pm for next day delivery. Next Day Deliveries cannot be dispatched on Saturday for Monday delivery. Any Next Day orders taken on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Overseas orders are charged accordingly (see delivery charges). Please allow 7 to 10 working days for overseas orders. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days

STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.00

NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £5.00

Delivery of the goods shall be made by our carrier to the address for delivery shown in the order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. Once the goods have been delivered in accordance to your delivery instructions, you will be responsible for them. Our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence or due to a manufacturing design or design fault will cease upon delivery.

If we receive a multiple order and we are unable to make delivery of the whole order but are able to delivery part, we will contact you, informing you of this, and delivery will then be on a mutually accepted date. If it is agreed that the order is split and delivered in instalments, they will be treated as separate orders.

Returns Policy

For online purchases Fast Forward has a 'no hassles' returns policy. All items returned will receive an exchange or full refund ? providing the goods are not damaged or pre-worn by you. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Any claims made after the 14 days of delivery we will have no further liability to you.

For returning goods, please send an email to enquiries@fastforwardrunning.co.uk detailing your order number, name, address and telephone number and provide details on what the problem is with the purchase. The next step is to post the item(s) back to us at Fast Forward Running, 21-23 Wote Street, Basingstoke, Hants RG21 7NE, please include a copy of the email (if possible). It is in your interest to obtain a certificate of postage as your insurance against loss or damage in transit. Once received your credit/debit card will be credited and a confirmation will be sent.
